Certified at 25, she emphasizes creating positive environments, self-acceptance, and the importance of patience and consistency in practice. Passionate about breaking stereotypes, she inspires others to embrace yoga's physical and mental benefits.
Meet Riya Vyas, a Yoga & Wellness Coach dedicated to guiding individuals toward health and happiness. With a background in sports marketing and fitness, she blends Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa, offering compassionate, tailored instruction for all levels. Riya also teaches Nada Yoga, Dhyana, and conducts Sound Healing teacher training programs. Through her teachings and media presence, she inspires holistic well-being both on and off the mat.
